1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cypca platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Cypca reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
Cypca is a technology platform that connects riders with independent taxi drivers across North Cyprus. Cypca does not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Cypca.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
4. Rider Obligations
Riders agree to treat drivers with respect, be at the pickup location on time, pay the agreed fare, and follow all applicable laws. Damage to a driver's vehicle may result in additional charges. Cypca reserves the right to suspend accounts for misconduct.
5. Driver Obligations
Drivers must maintain valid licensing, insurance, and vehicle registration as required by North Cyprus law. Drivers agree to provide safe, professional service and comply with all traffic regulations. Cypca may deactivate driver accounts for safety violations or low ratings.
6. Pricing and Payment
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Estimates are shown before booking but final fares may vary based on actual route. A service fee is applied to each ride. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Cancellation fees may apply.
7. Cancellations
Riders may cancel a ride free of charge within 2 minutes of booking. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply. Drivers who frequently cancel accepted rides may have their accounts reviewed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cypca provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding service availability or quality of rides. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypca shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, North Cyprus.
