Your information is used to provide and improve our taxi booking services, process payments, communicate with you about rides, ensure safety for all users, and comply with legal requirements in North Cyprus.
3. Data Sharing
We share limited information between riders and drivers to facilitate rides (name, pickup location, vehicle details). We may share data with payment processors, insurance providers, and law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)

6. Location Data
We collect precise location data only when the app is in use and you have granted permission. For drivers, location is collected while online to match with nearby ride requests. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Ride history is kept for 3 years for legal and insurance purposes. You may request account deletion at any time.
